This charming, beautifully appointed private one bedroom apartment evokes a sense of calm and effortless elegance where cottage-core decor meets modern comfort. A cozy and impeccably clean retreat thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation. Featuring an open area living space with inviting chairs and sofa with plush pillows, a perfect place for unhurried conversations by the electric fireplace. The bedroom, a restful escape with a high quality queen mattress & linens, plush bedding and pillows for comfort. There’s also a queen pullout couch in the main living area for additional guests.
Location is perfect! Set in a peaceful country-like setting backing directly onto a scenic conservation area perfect for morning strolls. These trails lead to the Thermea Spa, a serene 50 minute hike through nature or just a quick 5 minute drive away. Local restaurants and coffee shops are close by and downhill skiing, cycling or the Waterfront Trail can be reached within 20 minutes, making this an ideal year round destination.
A patio walkway on the north side of the main house leads to the apartment where you'll find a private key pad entry. Chairs on the north side of the front covered porch are for guest use where they can enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. Entry into the Conservation area walking trails are accessible at the end of the street, only 3 houses away.
