A charming village house, combining comfort and freedom.

Tucked away on a small, peaceful street, this lovely village house with a garden was fully renovated in 2024. The work was done with great taste and quality materials, to make the house comfortable, bright and welcoming. At the back, a large garden with a spacious terrace extends the living areas.

The house has two separate sleeping areas. Each one has its own staircase and its own shower room. On the ground floor, they are linked by a large 73 m² living room, full of light thanks to its wide bay window opening onto the terrace. This friendly space also includes a fully equipped fitted kitchen, and a pellet stove keeps everything cosy and warm.

The house sleeps up to 8 people, with three bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the mezzanine office area. Two shower rooms with walk-in showers and three toilets complete the house.

A rental that adapts to your needs

The house is available as a furnished rental for stays of 15 days to 7 months from October to May. In the summer season, it can be rented by the night, with a minimum stay of three nights.

The layout also lets us adapt the rental to each guest’s needs. For example, you can rent just one of the two sleeping areas, with one or two bedrooms.

With this offer, you rent one sleeping area. The other one stays closed and is not rented to anyone else. This means you have the house all to yourself, with one bedroom and one office for your use.

Two other listings are available if you need 2 or 3 bedrooms.

Hélène’s House is especially well suited to medium-term rentals. It works just as well for a family, colleagues on a work assignment, or anyone who needs temporary accommodation.

The nearest shops are on the next street, including a bread drop-off point. The neighbouring village, just 5 km away, has a butcher, a bakery and a grocery store. Lanvollon, 6 km away, has a wider choice of shops and supermarkets. Guingamp, 12 km away, has all services and amenities.

The sea and the coast just minutes away

The coast, with its beaches and many tourist sites, is about 13 minutes away by car. The famous cliff road, small harbours and coastal villages, long sandy beaches and quieter hidden coves make up an unspoilt area that stays lively all year round. It is especially rich in natural scenery and cultural heritage.
