This beautifully situated vacation home is located in the top row and also the front row of the vacation park and boasts a property of approximately 400 m² as well as an impressive panoramic view. With approximately 65 m² of living space, you’ll find a comfortably furnished vacation home featuring solid wood furniture, central heating, and a wide range of amenities for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the cozy living room, a high-quality seating area invites you to relax. Entertainment is provided by an LCD TV, a PlayStation 2, a compact stereo system, and a DVD player. Free internet access is also available. The first bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a spacious 5-door wardrobe. The wardrobe contains a built-in safe for your valuables. The window can be darkened with a roller shade. In the second bedroom, you’ll find another double bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and its own LCD TV. Here, too, a roller shutter ensures comfortable darkness. Additional sleeping accommodations are provided by a cozy sleeping loft with two single beds. It is accessible via a ladder and is particularly suitable for children ages 5 and up. With a ceiling height of about 105 cm, this creates a small, private retreat for younger guests. The modern kitchen, with a dining area for up to six people, is very well equipped. It features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a traditional coffee maker and a pod coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a mixer, an egg cooker, and other practical kitchen gadgets.
