About this apartment rental
Centrally located quiet place in Torremolinos with stunning sea views (first line of beach). This private studio flat has everything you need for a quiet and peaceful holiday, in a residential and family friendly building, but close to the hustle and bustle of Torremolinos. Comfortable studio ideally for 2-3 people. We also offer a foldable/travel cot for babies. The building has an indoor pool (not heated), and direct access to the beach.
The space
This private studio flat has direct access to the beach (just going down a set of stairs), where you’ll find the best cafes, restaurants, shops, gyms and spas in the area.
It also benefits from a private pool (not heated), a ‘tanning’ area, a view point and parking near the building (not exclusive).
The apartment includes unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a private, secure terrace with truly stunning sea views (yes—we’ve said it before, but they really are!).
The space is open-plan, featuring a kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
We provide most essentials, including a microwave, hob, fridge, AC (heating & cooling), TV (Netflix only), hairdryer, iron, and a coffee maker.
Important: The washing machine in the bathroom is not included in your stay. For laundry needs, there are facilities nearby, such as Do Laundry, just a 10-minute walk from the flat.
Please note: some older reviews mention the terrace doors couldn’t be locked—this has now been fully resolved.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the flat, as well as indoor pool (not heated), and direct access to the beach (via stairs).
Other things to note
- We have a smart TV that works with Netflix. Local Spanish television channels are not available in the apartment.
- The apartment sleeps up to 3 guests and is ideal for a couple with a double bed. A foldable bed (for a child) or a travel cot (for a baby) is available on request—please let us know when booking.
- Luggage storage is not available.
- We cannot offer early check-in or late check-out, so we kindly ask that you do not request these options.
- The washing machine inside the apartment is not available for guest use. For laundry needs, there are facilities nearby, such as Do Laundry, just a 10-minute walk from the flat.
- The pool is available all year, but it's not heated (only during some dates in December)
