Pleasant

The hotel is located in the Central Business Destrict (CBD), which is normally not ideal. I stayed here because it was close to where I needed to be for my Business trip. I was surprised It was not noisy or crowded. The staff were super polite, accomodating and helpful. Prices are also bery fair

Scammy hotel

The room was clean. The location and the restaurant inside the hotel were good.

The hotel seemed to be running a scam. I had booked my room a few weeks in advance. However, during check in they told me that their site was hacked, and the hacker had reduced the price of my room. So I had to pay extra for checking in.

The hotel is in a very good location and recommended to travellers with business in the Nairobi CBD

The location is very convenient in town,clean rooms and value for money too

Disappointing

The location is great, right in the middle of the city. The staff are very warm ,pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower water was Hot. Good value for money based on the location.

The bathroom is quite small ,the room was also small enough for one guest with just walking space between the bed and the walls. Linens and towels seemed overused and discoloured could use replacement.

It's a good clean hotel. From the exteriors, I thought it won't be that good but interiors are clean. Small rooms though. Helpful staff. Location is good and safe. All places are accessible closeby.

Patrick at the entrence is the best! He took so much time helping me to get orientation and plan my trip! Room was with a great view! Perfect location in the center! Best shower i had so far in kenya!

The staff are friendly The location is central

The cleaning could be better.. there were some male hair in the sink. The shower is pretty old and the shower handle is old and falling on the floor The walls are dirty and the lamps broken in the room. The safe wasnt working It's also quite noisy as you can hear all what's happening in the restaurant upstairs

Very good

The hotel is located in a silent biashara street at the heart of Nairobi. The rooms looks good 😊, but the linens are getting old and replacing them is no option. Few things needs repair and general maintaining. The staff are lovely, well behaved and know their work very well. The security of the rooms is good and you need to double unlock to enter your room and cameras are in all the corners. Good security personnel. Will visit again.

Better than I expected. Good location, clean and comfortable. Karen from reception made our stay much better and helped us with everything!

I'll be back

Rooms were a little small but very clean and comfortable. It had a rain shower with piping hot water whch was fantastic. Restaurant is a bit exy and poky but the cafe was great. All in All the best place I have stayed in Nairobi. Can"t beat the price.

Restaurant was a bit weak and over priced. Breakfast was fine though

Clean rooms their rooms were clean and tidy Also the towels were delivered warm and clean

The room iwas in had mosquitoes. They have no mosquito nets Also they have no tables in the rooms. This was a challenge The noise from nearby mosque
