The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 24 m² studio flat for rent in Mantes-la-Jolie, which can accommodate up to two guests.
Situated on the ground floor of a block of flats, it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 20 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 14 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140x190) and a desk area.
– An open-plan kitchen with a dining area, fully equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
– A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
– A private, enclosed garden of 8 m², facing west.
– A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Mantes-la-Jolie, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars…
