Featuring 400 m² of living space spread over two floors, it offers eight bedrooms, two living rooms, and four full bathrooms, making it ideal for large family reunions or big groups just a 5-minute walk from Arenal-Bol beach.

GROUND FLOOR
Features a spacious living-dining room equipped with air conditioning, TV, and access to common areas. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, and blender. The sleeping area on this level consists of four bedrooms:
