Located in a quiet residential area, this lovingly furnished 80 m² semi-detached home awaits you with its warm and cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy yourself., Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway for two, a family vacation, or a group retreat for up to six people—at the Lachmöwe vacation home, you’ll find the perfect place to leave everyday life behind and enjoy precious vacation moments.
Step inside and feel welcome right away. The spacious living room is wonderfully bright and inviting thanks to the large windows. Two cozy sofas and a comfortable armchair invite you to put your feet up after an eventful day, watch a movie together, browse through a good book, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
Right next door is the cozy dining area. Here you can have breakfast together, reflect on the day over a hearty dinner, or spend quality time with the family during a game night. The open kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. This way, you can stay right in the middle of the action even while cooking and spend time together.
From the living room, you can step out onto the small but charming terrace with an adjoining garden. Here, you can soak up the sun, start your day with a cup of coffee, or wind down a relaxing vacation day with a glass of wine. The garden offers a lovely retreat for relaxing moments in the fresh North Sea air.
On the first floor, there’s also a bright bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is also available, providing extra convenience—especially during a longer family vacation.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
