The house has a pleasant modern and air-conditioned living room, bright and perfectly equipped, ideal for sharing convivial moments.

The night area includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:

Bedroom 2 (Private suite):
King size bed (160 × 200 cm), Emma bedding, wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror and en-suite private bathroom with toilet, dressed in natural travertine in very contemporary black tones (walk-in rain shower, cabinet with porcelain basin).
Bedroom 1: King Size bed (160 × 200 cm), Emma bedding, wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror.
Bedroom 3 (Modular): 2 single beds (90 × 200 cm) with Emma bedding, which can be joined on request into 1 large Queen Size bed (180 × 200 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables.

The shared bathroom:
A second and spacious shared bathroom, also entirely covered in natural travertine, available in bright white tones. It includes a beautiful walk-in rain shower and an elegant porcelain sink on a storage unit.

The exteriors

The property benefits from a large and entirely private plot of 1,500 m².

You will enjoy a superb swimming pool area (3.5 m × 7 m, treated with salt) bordered by a wooden deck, equipped with deckchairs and a summer lounge to relax while admiring the unobstructed view of the valley.

The covered terrace The apartment is equipped with a large dining table, a summer kitchen and a gas plancha, ideal for your outdoor dining.
