Prepare meals in the kitchen and gather around the dining table. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.

• Bedroom 1: King bed with an ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King bed; a pack ’n play is available if needed
• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two sleeping spaces and a pull-out trundle
• Bedroom 4: Two full-size beds
IMPORTANT AC INFORMATION
The house has air conditioning, but the bedrooms do not have AC. Tower fans are provided for the bedrooms.

Visit nearby attractions such as Resorts World Catskills, The Kartrite water park, Holiday Mountain, and Bethel Woods, or explore local hiking trails, wineries, and farmers’ markets.
Guests have access to the entire house, except for a few locked storage closets. Enjoy the deck, outdoor amenities, and lake access during your stay. Free on-site parking and self check-in with a smart lock are provided.
We are available via Airbnb messaging to help you better enjoy your stay. We have a local caretaker if anything is needed.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $200 pet fee. Please notify us before bringing a pet.
• Propane for the BBQ grill and firewood for the fire pit are not provided. Please bring your own.
• Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM. Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Unregistered visitors require prior approval.
• Check-in is after 4 PM, and checkout is by 11 AM. If you need early check-in or late checkout, please reach out the day before your arrival or departure. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
