You`ll be within easy walking distance of an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions, as well as Chester`s historic Roman Walls, Grosvenor Park, Chester Racecourse, and the picturesque River Dee. This central location provides the ideal base for exploring everything Chester.

For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee of £75 will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

The allocated parking space is accessed using a key fob, which is located in the property entrance. Guests can pull up outside the entrance to collect the key fob before accessing the parking area.
