This 400 m² gîte features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a private garden with open views of the fields, and is set at the edge of a tranquil village. Enjoy the heated indoor pool, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Families will find a baby bed, high chair, changing table, baby bouncer, baby bath, and a play area. The kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances (stove with 3 ovens and 6 burners, dishwasher, sink, deep fryer, and coffee maker – filters provided), plus two fridges and a freezer. Central heating with heat pump and pellet stove (pellets provided). Washing machine and dryer available. Parking is accessed via a private lane. Pets are welcome (for an extra fee). An electricity allowance is included (normal use); meter readings will be taken and an extra charge may apply if exceeded.
