The open-plan living area, bathed in natural light, combines a cozy lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Large patio doors lead directly to a generous balcony. Perfect for enjoying al fresco meals while soaking up the view.
The soft furnishings in the living area are being upgraded, ready for 2026 bookings.
Villa Andreas features two en suite bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms open onto a shared balcony, creating a peaceful space to wake up or wind down.
Outside, you can relax on the private infinity pool terrace, designed to maximize those incredible coastal views. Enjoy lazy days by the pool, fire up the built-in brick BBQ, or dine under the stars at the outdoor stone table. The terrace is currently being extended, adding even more space to make the most of the warm Mediterranean climate.
