Air-conditioned throughout, the bright, open living spaces exude freshness and charm, while each of the three bedrooms feature its own ensuite bathroom, a private balcony or terrace - one with glimpses of the sea and the tiny islet of Zeus, and ceiling fans to ensure a gentle breeze even during the warmest summer days.
Outside, a generous garden surrounds the inviting private swimming pool, bordered by sun drenched terraces, lawn, and native greenery.
Ai Helis Summer House Location
Sheltered by dramatic cliffs, Ai Helis Beach lies less than 400 metres away. Reached via a short unmade track or a flight of steps, the beach offers soft sand, sunbeds and umbrellas, a seasonal bar serving snacks and cool drinks, occasional water sports, and plenty of space for impromptu volleyball games. Other excellent beaches within easy reach (all just a 5–15 minute drive) include Avithos, Ammes, Platis Gialos, and Makris Gialos. Two tavernas are located within 350 metres of the house, and a minimarket just 600 metres away.
