Friendly receptionist, beautiful alpine style mountain hotel. Good price (now I know why however!)
Room door cart not working, receptionist told us to push it in several times as some door locks were defect (!) No air-conditioning in a 3 star hotel with scorching temperature, unimaginable in Spain!
Shower head holder useless so shower head flying around when in use.
At 6:50in the morning grass been cut waking you up as you had to keep the window open coz of lack of air-conditioning. Bed not comfortable.
