I was very pleased with the quality of the room : very comfortable bed and pillows, nice size television, EXTREMELY clean bathroom, the toiletries, the fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
I would have preferred a few more television channels - but small complaint.
The beds had a top sheet and bedspread - which turned out to be fine....but I did not find any extra blanket in the room which I might have been able to use (I do not like to turn up the heat).
The price was a bit higher than other hotels in the area - but I had to attend a funeral which required me to book at short notice.

Pancake machine cool. Staff good. Free cookies.
Breakfast could have been a bit better. Overcook sausage. , dry but thanks for hot meal. Bed a bit wet.

Good breakfast options, was close to Detroit where we were traveling too, what I've experienced at other Holiday Inn Express', view of river amazing
My bed was squeaky every time I would move around, there was an issue with parking however that was resolved.
