Everything!
Nothing!

Location, size of room.
All three groups said the same thing, beds were rather hard.

The room was large and felt like a bedroom apartment. Great view of the water, too! Was in a good downtown location, so much of what I wanted to do and see was in walking distance. Also loved the robes, really soft and warm. The hotel also has a great eco friendly option for forgoing room service and either getting credit for the coffee shop in lobby (which was also a great shop!) Or to donate the credit to a charity. That impressed me immensely
Elevators were pretty slow and small for how big the hotel was. The bed sheets were really rough, almost papery and noisy when adjusting in bed. There was an issue where the fire alarm went off for the entire building at 7am, but that is a one-off issue that I am sure doesn't happen often, just bad luck.

Large Rooms, great coffee shop and restaurant. Very friendly staff
The gym was sketchy, did not feel comfortable working out all by myself. Leaking ceiling in the gym. Toilet did not flush right, tub taps sid not work right

Friendly staff: We arrived early, and the front desk allowed us to check in early. We requested a high-floor room, so we stayed on the 28th floor, and the view was beautiful! The bed is comfortable and clean, and the bathroom, while not too big, is sufficient. There is a simple kitchen available with amenities like a microwave and cutlery. The location is good, near a bus stop, and you can walk to a shopping mall in 10 minutes.
Some reviews mentioned that there is a hospital near the hotel, and the sound can be annoying. However, I felt okay during my stay, thinking it was a common city noise. Nonetheless, the room's soundproofing wasn't very effective, especially if your neighbor plays music or speaks loudly.

We loved the location.
Absolutely nothing.

Hotel is clean, quiet and well located. Beds were comfortable and small kitchen was nice.
The hotel is older and needs some updating. It could do with a coat of paint in places.

Close to everything and very comfortable, loved the lift rides and smooth check out.
Helpful and friendly employees, mostly room maids, Gerry at concierge and Judy+Matthew in Dining Restaurant.
Cafe and Restaurant had tasty and delicious food on menu and great coffee.
* Breakfast wasn't included in price and we didn't get back our personal white towel in great condition that was removed from our room without asking.
*Credit Cards accepted only for deposit and not considering cash on hand as an option which was my case as people come from different backgrounds and are comfortable with other ways of life.
* Most employees around the hotel didn't look friendly and had no smiles on there faces at all which was sad and discouraging.

The location was close to everything, easy transportation access or walking distance. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. A market and lots of bakeries around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfy. Room had a tiny kitchen that had all the things you would need. Awesome Italian restaurant in the hotel.
Pool was outdated and cold. Showers in the change rooms were also not very appealing. Sauna had a weird smelly smoke instead of steam. Cafe in the hotel wasn’t great, very basic, food and coffee not the greatest there but lots of options around the hotel so not a very big issue.

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Antonio on the door. The location was good if you were doing things in the centre of Vancouver.
It was quite loud at night (there's a hospital next door), so if you're a light sleeper like me you might want to take rest plugs!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great as was the Jacuzzi tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee shop had great lattes and mochas. The view from the balcony was incredible.
The hotel is near the hospital and ambulance dispatch, so bring your ear plugs for a good night's rest!

- the second unit - the size was wonderful and I love the décor
- the staff was excellent! When I left my phone and wallet, they went out of their way to get it back to me in Montréal
- the pool was great
- the laundry facilities were nice except the change machine and soap dispense did not work at all - the machines worked very well at a very good price
- the main restaurant - food and staff were amazing!!!
-The bed was great; however, the pillows were too soft.
-The A/C unit in the first room was not working and the second unit which was renovated was undersized for the space. It was not comfortable for me.
- the pool opening time was too late for me
- there was no iron and ironing board in the second unit.
- I did not like or found convenient the open air closet. It is not good for dresses.
- I asked for the room not to be cleaning but they came in and moved a few things

very well located, got a small kitchen, good for family stay.
The carpet was a bit dusty, it’s too close to St. john’s hospital rescue center, very noisy during the night.

The location was fantastic. Short walk to skytrain. Lots of diverse restaurants on Davie street. If shopping is your thing, Robson and Grandville are right there. The room was clean and spacious. Loved having a kitchen to keep some things in the fridge.
It is beside the hospital emergency entrance, so the sirens could be loud at times and keep you up depending on what floor your were. I loved that the windows opened to get fresh air, but on windy nights, they rattled which made it hard to sleep.

The gym and pool were both good and the location is excellent
Some staff were quite unhelpful. I felt like I was causing quite a bother when I asked them for simple things like ice, toothpaste, and other things that are completely normal in most hotels

Location was great . Room clean, comfortable and spacious.
Staff needed to give more information at check in about facilities at the property and offer a map of the city.
Room needed hooks for hanging outdoor coats

Staff were great and very friendly. Pool is lovely and the coffee shop downstairs was super convenient. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.
Location is great for seeing Vancouver but be aware it is right next to a hospital so you can hear sirens all through the night. We expected this as had read previous reviews but the windows were so thin that it sounded like we had an ambulance in bed with us (which we were not expecting on the 20th floor).
