room, friendly staff
one elevator got stuck once when we were on it, took 20 minutes or so before we were able to exit, hotel apologized and gave us complimentary breakfasts

By far the best and most accommodating hotel we've stayed at in Vancouver. Our host Shayan went out of his way to make our stay feel special.
The room is spacious and the bathroom is nice. Very modern feel unlike a lot of other hotels in Vancouver.
There is a gym which is open 24hrs and swimming pool.
The location is great with it right by BC Place and have many restaurants near by for all your tastes.
This will definitely not be our last time staying here
