Spacious apartment with comfortable beds
The area has is central however a lot of undesirable people, the building is secure however at night if you were alone walking back to the apartment you could feel vulnerable.

The property was really close to the Commodore if you want to see a band. There are many good restaurants to choose from nearby. The room was tidy and comfortable. We did not have time to make use of the pool and the sauna took too long to heat up so we didn’t have time for that either. It was a good place to stay for a last minute choice. The room had an outdoor patio which was nice to have. The front staff were quick and friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze.
The room was kind of white and bland without touches of art or colour.
It would be better to see Canadian toiletries in the bathroom.
There is a stripper bar across the street so perhaps not terribly family friendly.
The elevator was always busy. Cleaning staff seemed to use the same elevator instead of having a dedicated elevator so sometimes they took up space and there wasn’t enough room so had to wait for the next one a couple times.

The apartment itself is great. We had a one bedroom and it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is opposite a supermarket and a short walk to Yaletown bars and restaurants.
Very unhappy with the maintenance and management of the lifts. During our 5 night stay either one or both lifts were out of service. On check out both lifts were out of service. It was early but if we had been texted we would have left extra time and organised for staff to help with luggage down 11 floors. Staff not proactive at all in this situation.
