Breakfast, pool & sauna and room all met expectations. Housekeeping was friendly and considerate.
Hot tub jets didn’t work. Paid for upgraded king room but we were checked into a smaller King room. No options were available. Front desk at check-in was not very accommodating but adequate enough.

Quiet and serene the lady at the front desk was nice
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Very spacious room, available parking, network television, clean, easy to navigate, make your own waffle, free continental coffee
the breakfast was okay for something that they're known for, potatoes were lukewarm, bacon was overcooked, bread tasted stale

No proper bathing shampoos. In today's time it's not expensive to put refillable bottles like other hotels have.
Hand wash soap for bathing. Shower area walls are not clean, they have darker areas between tiles.

"The staff cleaned the room even if we did not ask them. The included breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Free parking nearby is very important."
