Our stay was wonderful, staff were very friendly and helpful (everyone from registration to breakfast staff to housekeeping in the halls) a definite good vibe. Location is good and easy to get to. Hotel restaurant food was excellent as was the club buffet. A definite return for us.
The internet didn't work and needed attendance. Which was well resolved.

Great location !
Very long wait for check-in. Was 5:00 pm when we arrived & they were even uncertain if the room was ready. Usual room check-in is 4pm! Complimentary coffee in the lobby was out and had to go to the breakfast area with very little staff to help us. Overall too pricey for service provided !
