It is located on the out skirts of Burnsville in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to important places like the MOA and the Renaissance Festival. It was only a short drive to the park and ride for the Festival. Also right next to a great bar and grill with excellent food at a reasonable price. Loved that is was pet friendly and very accommodating for said pets. Very reasonable price wise for pets and pet policy is straight forward and not overly strict. The staff was friendly and accommodating with requests and needs.
The bathrooms though updated nicely are a little small in standard rooms and shower heads are too low for the average person. Sound proofing could use some work with being a pet friendly hotel. Our dogs bark and I could hear them half way down the hall. The breakfasts could be a little better with better and more protein choices. It was mostly bakery items and cereal choices.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was convenient for what we needed.
There were splatters of something on the lampshade next to the bed, the faucet for the tub/shower was discolored with what looked like mold.
