The staff very exceptionally helpful dealing with an issue their control and made it as little bother for us as possible! Great room and Fantastic view from balcony.

Loved the scenery, but out our windows was a separated view of the lake. Lake to the left, hot tub in the middle, then lake to the right.
There was nothing hot for breakfast. Everything was cold. It was great that you had Oat milk! Thank you for that.
We had a draft coming through the front door. Rm 207 The weather stripping on the door was too high. We could see daylight through the bottom of the door. The tiles outside the bathroom were freezing. I had to stuff a towel under the door.
Whoever stayed directly above us sounded like a herd of elephants. Every step was a loud stomp! They walked around all day long.
