Very comfortable bed, quiet room, lounge area and mini kitchen were great. Room service was quick and delicious

Lady who checked us out wasn't very welcoming, seemed disinterested. Nothing in the immediate vicinity, restaurants or shops. You need a car or taxi to get into Boston centre

we were on the rooftop, the view was great. The service was awful. then the next night the manager heard us talking about it and made an attempt to tell us about the shortage of people and the person we were complaining about does not work upstairs he was just helping. I felt at that point he should of taken care of our bill which was only 2 drinks as we were heading to the show. the couple on the table next to us perked up and said the same. good explanation but didn't do anything for us,

The rooms are spacious - they are suites so having a bedroom and a living room with additional bed is good value particularly if you are travelling as a family. The rooms are generally clean, some dust here and there, but the standard was ok. The bathrooms are ok, standard. The other benefit of the suites is the fact that you have a fridge and microwave. Coffee drinkers will enjoy the selection, there were no other beverage options provided.

I stayed here in September 2026 for a total of 3 nights (2 night visit in early September and a further night 3 weeks later). Visit 1, i arrived at about 10pm and there were no porters or doormen to help me take my 2 heavy suitcases from the taxi to the reception to check in and then up to my room - imagine coming off a long 10 hour + flight and having to handle your luggage by yourself. On checking out I was pleased that when i requested assistance with my luggage that it was provided - the receptionists double up as porters apparently. My luggage was put on a trolley and wheeled downstairs to the reception. Unfortunately no further assisstance was provided so i had to wheel the trolley out of the reception area to the uber when it arrived. The second visit was similar on arrival - no help, and then when i checked out and requested assistance, the 'helper' was a no show - i waited 0 minutes. This was not a great experience especially as during my second visit the price paid for the room was double that of the first. The hotel suffers from odours - there was a mouldy / blocked drain smell in the reception and waiting area on both visits and in the morning food odour from the restaurant find their way into the room. Noisy air conditioning was a challenge on my first visit. The AC switches on and off constantly and it will keep you up if you, like me, prefer peace and quiet at bed time. The AC technician examined it and confirmed that several other people had complained about the same thing and that there was no solution. The noise from adjacent rooms also carried especially the main room doors which slam shut. Budget hotel - Water needs to be bought as the two complimentary bottles provided are not replenished. Staff were mixed in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. There were one or two lovely ones whose names i should have gotten to give them kudos.
