The staff was very kind. During our stay there was a power outage. Obviously the complaints began. However, staff did their absolute best with accomodations under these circumstances. The next day it had messed up some of the electronics for the pool and gym locks so it cut off access, per expected more people complained and I still watched the staff stay very professional through it all. I want to give a specific shout out to the girls at the front desk!! You ladies busted your butts and portrayed amazing self restraint with some of the words spewed at you!! Other than the unforseen circumstances it was a nice stay.
Personally I think the owner definitely should find a way for a little more renovation. I understand it's a very large motel, however I also feel those staff members don't get enough recognition or praise for their professionalism they put forth for their employers company.

It’s was a great location surrounded by various nice places to eat & din in !
At one point couldn’t reach anyone at front desk so I walked done and I was taken care of properly

Location was great, beds were comfy and a nice bathroom
The room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. Sticky stuff on tables and lamps. The bedding was all stained like the comforters look like they need to be replaced

Staff and other guests I encountered were all very friendly. Location was also great.
Room stunk, had to go buy febreeze and a candle. They must have been aware because the window was open. Bathroom was dirty only 1 roll of tp. Trash in the closet.Needed more towels but didn't want to bother anyone.tv was also difficult to get to work.
