The location can’t be beat. It’s right across the street from the beac. Also the manager and front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. When the room I booked was unsatisfactory, they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite and wouldn’t accept any payment, stating they know I’m a regular returning customer and they were happy to do so
The resident caretaker is not the sharpest knife in the drawer

Location was amazing!! 3 bedroom set up with beach view was perfect for our large family! We appreciated the two pull out sofas so our kids each had their own bed and the heated pool was used a lot. Staff was all amazing to deal with. At one point our kids were being loud over someone else’s room/the office and they KINDLY pointed it out. We had a minor issue and maintenance was quick to check it out and mention where some beach toys were that we could use.
A bit dated and could be a bit better stocked for some kitchen supplies but overall minor.

Great location. Proximity to lake and close to two super restaurants & venue. Bed was well made up and extremely comfortable as was the room.
Room was clean but would benefit from even a small upgrade.

Really liked the location , and the guy who checked us in!
The cleanliness, the bar at our door all weekend and the girl that works there with a bad attitude!
Canceled our reservation after we had checked into our room , really poor communication and customer service!
