The front desk customer service from Maylene or something like that was absolutely terrible and rude! Would not recommend or stay here due to their customer service!!

I would come again it was peaceful and I prefer the end of the hall while writing. Thank you

Valet was nice the concierge was very polite and the check in staff did a great job.

No towels in a supposedly cleaned room. No coffee cups with the coffee maker.

Decent hotel, but clearly needs better maintenance.

Hotel was clean, fairly quiet, and had a very nice breakfast service.

Shower temperature could not be adjusted! It was either scalding hot or freezing.

I liked the shower and the cleanliness of the room.

I did not like having to wait a hour for my room to be ready. I came at 4pm and didn’t get my room key until 5pm. There were a lot of people waiting in the lobby waiting for their room key as well.

I should have stayed home.

The air conditioning

There was puke in the lobby bathroom sink. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4, they made us wait until 4:35 and never called us. Also, there was about 16 screaming children running around, kicking trash everywhere.

Not worth the value

Location. Near a lot of restaurants

Not worth the money at all. The ceiling lobby was leaking onto a couch which made a wet spot that I almost sat on. The electrical outlet by the bed was falling apart Food wasn’t that great in the restaurant

My card was charged twice for a one night stay. The facility was not clean. Spider webs, dirty floors and rugs. We have to spend time in Phila over the next four years. Hoping the Courtyard Marriott does better.

Overpriced disaster

The shower was spacious.

I already submitted a Google review. It would be too much to retype in here. From cleanliness to staff being jaded and rude, the hallways smelling like weed, food on the floor, no parking, no breakfast, to the elevator not functioning.... I totally regret booking this hotel. Never again!

Overall my stay was very good. I would stay there again,

The staff was extremely pleasant. The greetings from the valet staff as we entered and as we left the hotel made us feel very special. The check in and check out were a breeze.

There was only one trash can in the room (the bathroom) and even though I booked for two adults and two children they only gave us two towel sets. I think if you book for four there should be a minimum of four sets.

Damage to my truck.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and attentive.

Be careful when using valet parking attendances. Some of these people do not care about your vehicle. When I truck was returned to me, it had a small dent in the door, which was not there when the attendant took it. The guy said, " my truck was parked where it shouldn't have." So someone caused the damage when a door from another vehicle was opened. I'm very unhappy 🙁 about this.

Won't stay there ever again

Large and nicely furnished room. But the windows are extremely poor, no insulation to speak off, ice accumulated on the inside frame and you had to keep the curtains drawn to keep the draft down. Not sure how a place like that could even get three stars.

Extremely unfriendly person at the reception desk, prison warden may be a better job for him. Also provided totally useless information about Wifi access (which as a Hilton Honors member should have had automatically). While I was notified via my HiltonHonors app that check in was available and I was even given a room number, I could not complete the process by obtaining a digital key for the room. Supposedly, Hilton distinguishing between "guests" and "people who book via third parties (like booking.com)".
