WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED

Nothing!

The WORST place I have ever stayed...and I've stayed in a lot of places. In fact we were supposed to stay for two nights and we cut our trip short because I would rather lose the money for the night than have to stay here. Rude staff, a weird smell, crappy area, breakfast was late and basically just a piece of toast and then, when I went to get a second glass of orange juice I was shouted at and told only one cup was allowed per person. CRAZY! When I complained, the people standing behind us agreed with everything and then complained. There was a line of people all waiting to complain. The receptionist was ZERO help.

Would not stay again.

Staff was friendly.

The bathroom was in run down condition with rust spots, no fan, leaking tub faucet, and in general disrepair. They also charge a $100 deposit which is returned “in 2-3 days” which is still pending in my account 6 days later. And I could not find any mention of this on the website when booking the room.

One of my worst stays. I guess I got what I paid for.

The receptionist was not friendly at all, actually kind of rude. No hellos, no pleases, no thank yous. He merely said 4 words “ID and card” “signature”. The property was run down, the lights were dim.

Hotel from Hell!!!

The bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The door was loose, I had to get the front desk to fix my card keys every time I tried to get into my room. The front desk staff, mainly Thomas, was very rude and lacks customer service skills. He told me that this is what I get for the rate I was paying and when I asked how I was supposed to get ice, Thomas told me to use my hands. He also told me I couldn't use te lobby bathroom, that I had to wait until I checked in and use the bathroom in my room.The curtains were torn and raggedy, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the baseboards was coming away from the wall, the tile in the bathroom was coming away from the wall, I didn't receive any amenities, the paint was peeling off the wall, the remote control didn't work, the room smelled of Marijuana and smoke, I had to buy incense and lysol for the room. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

The smell. Some kind of insence was way too strong and didn't smell nice. Also requested a king and got a queen bed.

Awful. Spend a little more and go elsehwhere or stay outside the city.

Comfortable bed with clean linens. About the only thing I can say that's positive.

I normally stay at cheap hotels and have low expectations, but, wow, this is horrible. The toilet was not cleaned (looks like someone at some spinach... no lie). The bathroom is a hot mess. The guy working the front desk was horribly rude and indifferent. They offered a "Deluxe" room option online that I'm told by the guy working the front desk is a lie and doesn't exist. This place is beyond awful.

it wasnt near a busy street

i was in room 810, key wouldn't work. had to go get a new one. the second one took atleast 40 tries to finally unlock the door. i turn on the light and alls it did was strobe and flicker. so i find a lamp to turn that one. thankfully that worked okay. then i turn and look at the bed and every sheet/blanket was covered in stains. also no full size pillows either.

Deceiving

I didn't bother to go for breakfast because there was roaches running around in the bathroom. I wouldn't eat in such a place. I made a video and showed the front desk at checkout. The lady just said ok. The hotel is not clean and outside is not appealing. The smell from the lobby to the room is not inviting.

Not very accommodating or clean

There was no breakfast.

The door to the room dropped over an inch when open. Had to lift it to get the door to latch. The room heater didn't work. On day two the staff unplugged it and there was zero heat. No outlets available to charge the laptop or cell phone. There was a powerstrip surge protector that had an unused outlet that was useable. The bed covering had cigarette burn holes in it. Roaches were spotted in the both the main room and bathroom. When trying to get into the room for the second night's stay the key card was deactivated. Had to go back to the lobby and get staff to correct the issue. They thought I checked out even though my reservation was for two nights. The staff was decent about it.

Never again

At least there was a bed in the room. The staff was nice.

None of the Irons worked, there was no hot water in the shower head, the microwave smelled like old tomato sauce. There were spiderwebs on the curtains. The windows rattled in the wind.

Terrible stay.

The only thing that went well was the check in portion of our stay. Everything was clear and we were done in less than five minutes. They were able to accommodate our late arrival of 11:30 pm which was nice.

The entire place smelled horrible. We stay in the first floor and even though it was supposed to be smoke free, everything smelled like smoke. The TV was on when we got there so it made us think someone was in our room… the bathroom had not been cleaned, there were pee stains on it. And there appears to also be some ash on the toilet. The bed sheets also had this ash and there were cigarette burns on them. Finally the TV remote did not work and the screen was dirty. Wi-Fi did not work also. Avoid all cost

the whole entire hotel smells like smoke/ cigarettes despite the facility being non smoking… I specifically booked non smoking because I am an asthmatic and the whole room/floor was fuming with smoke. I also traveled from work and sue to the shower not being up par I couldn’t even shower after a long day.

That they charged me the original $68 and then they put a hold on $100 for a week and then also another $31.61 for a week which was not told to me they said $100 would go back right away but other than that the stay was fine

It was essentially a homeless shelter. While these type hotels are necessary it SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR TO CUSTOMER. My wife was going to surgery the next morning and was actually "harassed" in the hallway. We left without staying and was told they couldn't refund the 1st night because it was done through booking.com. I HOPE YOU READ THESE REVIEWS AND TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY.
