Our room was excellent — beautifully renovated, spacious and very comfortable. We were very happy with the room itself.
While the room was excellent, the hotel’s common facilities could definitely be improved. The pool areas, gym, and other shared spaces feel dated and would benefit from better maintenance and renovation to match the standard of the renovated rooms.

The sunset
The property itself is not made for those with walking difficulties. The monorail is very very slow often times forcing you to walk. The property is massive. Some workers were very short with answers or responses. The price for a regular looking hotel room was outrageous. Parking fees were outrageous and I valeted everyday for 8 days but they were the kindest on the property. If we did not have a rental you would be stuck on the Property or paid a shuttle fee to go to the Market/Shopping area. Overall, it met none of our expectations.
