The pool and hot tub!
The pool and hot tub had not been approved by health and safety so it was not available for use. The good news is that the management immediately offered us an out of the booking no charge due to the fact that the pool and hot tub were not yet commissioned for use and due to the fact that we had travelled from Windsor Ontario and we had chosen this hotel for our stay due to the pool and spa. We accepted their offer and found another location that did have a functioning hot tub. We will definitely consider this hotel chain again in the future due to the exceptional attitude and reasonableness of the managing staff. Thank you Microtel.
