Location.
Poor breakfast for such a high price.
I was about to be charged more than I had in my booking confirmation but thanks to my attentiveness I didn’t let them do that, however it took me extra 30 mins at the check-in to explain and the person at the reception to call his manager and confirm

The staff is excellent!! So friendly and helpful! We think Lani, Michael, Charlene and Khouri are stars!!! Breakfast and the afternoon reception were both welcome additions to our stay. We highly recommend!!
We liked everything!
