The staff were amazing and so welcoming! They also added some personal touches for my partners birthday which was lovely.
The property is very classy.

Parking validation and close to time square.
Pillows stink. Vent in the bathroom didn't work so fire alarm went off ( VERY ANNOYING). Lamp in the room didn't work and no plug near 1 of the bed for charging my phone.

location was great, hotel was old and had a small elevator. I was expecting better than this compare to the price
towels smell food and I was wondering why. I accidentally saw a large food service truck delivering clean towels. I am not joking.
