Proximity to everything in manhattan as well as Times Square. The lobby was also very nice and aesthetic.
Room didn’t feel the cleanest it was also very tight and cramped and not the most comfortable. Bathroom door was very hard to open once you closed and locked it.

My service dog felt like home. Every staff member was beyond excellent from the front desk personal to the cleaning staff. Thank you for such an amazing hospitality. Draco and I are very grateful, blessings.

Location is good and staff friendly especially the lady from Spain
Hotel was tired, needs a bar and very dark. Needs a revamp. Sockets didn’t work
