We loved the location. Very quiet for such a city spot. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The shower was fabulous!
It’s an old hotel, and our room was tight with 2 queen beds. The alarm clock went off twice at 6am, we did not set this alarm and thought we had turned it off, this created a massive problem.

I chose the Warwick Allerton because of its location to Michigan Avenue. I found the room to be nice, clean and very cozy. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower pressure was AWESOME!
I don't believe that I got what I requested when I booked the room. I booked really early and I requested a room with a view of Michigan Avenue. I was sent a notice reporting that I could be accomodated. I was in room 1722 and there was no view of Michigan Avenue.
*The pillows were too soft.

Location. Beds comfortable.
Very tired decor, photos appear very fresh. Scruffy in every way. Lobby on ground floor, reception on 2nd which is confusing. Other than checking in and out never saw a member of staff.
