The room was very beautiful and the view of the Saanich Inlet is superb
There was some kind of construction or landscaping work outside the lower two levels, very messy, left a bad impression. When I stepped into my room, there was a minor step-up that I didn’t see and stubbed my toe on; should be some kind of warning. Fireplace in the room didn’t work. Strong smell of disinfectant in the room.

Simply one of the best hotel stays we have ever had! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking views are absolutely amazing. A special shout out to the Chalet Restaurant next door which was fantastic.
