Agradable, aunque tienen cosas aún por mejorar.

El transporte al aeropuerto. Habitación cómoda, con amenities que hacen muy agradable la estadía.

El personal del valet parking. Grosero, con cero trato de amabilidad. Se cree personal de tránsito y te amenaza con colocarte una "multa" por dejar un momento el vehículo en frente del hotel para descargar las maletas.

Just what we needed

We had a layover from 11pm - 6am, we'd already been flying for hours, we were tired and hungry and not interested in sleeping on the floor at the airport - so we booked a room super last minute. They have a 24hr shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant closes at 11:45pm but a ton of people order uber eats at all hours of the night and that works well. We were only there to sleep for a couple hours but it was exactly what we needed.

The walls seem super thin and, as an airport hotel, you will hear lots of coming and going and partying at all hours.

Terrible customer service. Period.

Well located.

Extremely poor customer service. No hot water (which can happen, of course) and front desk staff told me to come down and get another room. Had to pack (11:15pm), got to the front desk just to be told by a so-called ´manager’ that the hot water would come back in 30 min. Told him that he should have informed the other employees in order to avoid clients coming down to change room (I wasn’t the only one). His response: « if you do not stop I will ask you to leave the property ». I have travelled the world and I never experienced anything like this at a hotel. Never. There are plenty of other hotels close to LAX. Do yourself a favour and stay away from the Sheraton Getaway until they understand what good customer service is.

Got three job done, needed somewhere to stay for LAX and all in all it was a nice spot!

Convenient comfortable stay near airport

Just outside of LAX, yet the room was generally quiet. Modern amenities in room. Good wi-fi, and plenty of USB ports and outlets in room. Complementary airport shuttle a plus.

The common areas and hallways were in dire need of renovation. Hallway noise easily heard in rooms. Check in is after 4pm.

굉장히 규모가 큰 호텔이고 매우 깔끔했음. 1층에 스타벅스가 있어서 아침에 커피, 빵 등 사먹기 좋음

Prima hotel, prijs/kwaliteit technisch te duur.

Locatie was goed, dichtbij het vliegveld. Kamer werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt.

Er waren geen parkeergelegenheden waardoor we genoodzaakt waren om elke dag 25 dollar te betalen om de auto bij een nabijgelegen parkeerplaats te moeten parkeren. Dit is iets wat wij niet hadden verwacht bij het Sheraton en ons erg teleurstelde.

Ok nights sleep but no room service or decent restaurant.

Proximity to airport

No room service, no coffee shop or even coffee self-serve cart even though hotel advertises that there’s a Starbucks. Once the breakfast stops at 10am there’s no more food until 4pm. Restaurant very few menu options and in an unpleasantly lit space. Other seating areas looked like an afterthought, and were also unpleasantly lit, low ceilings and very brown and gray. Went to the Westin 3 min cab ride away.

Great location, great staff.

The room was incredibly quiet considering the amount of planes that fly right by the hotel. I liked that the room had a fridge, coffee, and a safe. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and helpful.

Very nice Hotel

We used this Hotel for stop over after a long flight.... Lovely big room and very comfy big bed. Nice lobby with a lovely shop, cafe and bar.

The awful wait/area for the shuttle buses.... Like a scary meat market!

Really average for a $150 room stay

The proximity to the airport. Shuttle drivers were nice.

Concierge had an attitude and gave me half of the information I’d heard another receptionist give someone else. The Brasserie food is less than average. There was no bath tub only skower.

Will never stay again!

The wasn’t anything I enjoyed about the hotel or experience.

There was not anything I liked about the hotel it’s disgusting should be turned into a parking lot …except our server did a good job serving food that is below average.

It was good for the fact that I just needed to stay for a night because of a concert. Bar was nice.

I liked the aesthetic of the property it looked very nice.

I didn’t like that when I went into the ice room, the beverage vending machine didn’t work. The microwave had milk in it on the turntable so I couldn’t heat up my food. Lastly, there was trash already in the trash can from the last guests that stayed.

Bar standard very poor compared to Europe

The bar needs a new manager Fly in beer Beer pipes need cleaning, Weekly! Beer off Numerous beers sent back Bar r staff need supervision Guy with beard speaking Spanish knows what he is doing.But elderly staff have not a clue. I used to be a bar manager from Ireland USA standard for me was quite shockingly poor. Honest review.Up your Game

Prima plek voordat je gaat vliegen!

Top hotel bij het vliegveld LAX. Comfortabele bedden, heerlijke douche met alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime kamers en alles goed geregeld wat betreft shuttle.

Prijzige parkeerkosten. 3 dollar per 15 min met een max van 24 dollar per dag. Wij hebben de auto ervoor weggebracht en met shuttle hier naartoe gebracht.ook prima.

Convenient and relaxing.

Located close to the airport, it was clean and the room was super comfortable, befitting the “Sheraton” brand. Really appreciated the friendly and welcoming greeting from the front desk staff - a real pick me up especially after a long 18 hour flight.

Wished there was a bell boy or a doorman who helped to open the doors as I was struggling a bit with my luggage.

Comodidad absoluta

Me gusto la cercanía al aeropuerto y el transporte gratuito que ofrecen las 24 hrs. El personal es muy atento y amable, nos auxiliaron todo el tiempo. El lugar estaba muy limpio y ordenado, la habitación amplia y muy cómoda.

Los elevadores estaban fuera de servicio y teníamos que bajar por escaleras, la ventaja es que estábamos en el 7 piso, no era muy arriba.
