It was fine but I dint like the facilities.

Location was good.

There was no enough hot water in the bathroom. The water was cold and the hot option was not hot enough There was no hot tub. The pool facility was not satisfactory.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut - würde aber nicht mehr dort buchen wegen den Preisen.

Die Lage zum Flughafen mit dem Bus-Shuttle ist klasse. Zimmer groß, geräumig und sehr sauber.

zu teuer und unflexibel. Restaurant überteuert und dann soll man auch noch mindestens 20 % Trinkgeld geben.

Great!!!

Staff was extremely incredible. I spoke to Emily on the phone on the day of my reservation after being notified my card had been declined, and she was kind and great at charging the card again and getting everything squared away.

The additional $200 charge was not expected, but it made sense. I'm just glad I had access to funds to cover that. Not sure if that was outlined in my Booking reservation, but will pay more attention next time.

Get's the job done

Pretty standard room, but with plenty of space, and large comfortable bed. Get's the job done for an airport hotel, I only wish there were more cheaper options around. Free shuttle showed up right on time in the morning to get me to a very early flight.

Expensive for what it is–I guess that's LA!

le service de navette est aléatoire, j ai attendu près d une heure et me débrouiller par moi même… pas de nettoyage de chambre sauf sur demande… comme on ne le sait pas on est pris au dépourvu… vu le prix de la chambre on pourrait s attendre à un autre niveau de service…

Mediocre service and room for the price asked.

The proximity of the hotel is close to the airport.

There was a long line up for check-in and limited staff were available for check in. The water pressure in the room was poor with just a small stream of water coming out - thank goodness it was just for one night layover.

Gutes Airporthotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Gute Lage für einen stopover. Zuverlässiger Shuttle Service zum Airport. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Early Check in und Late Check out wird angeboten.

Wir waren im 15. Stock. Es gab kaum Wasserdruck zum duschen und die Dusche braucht eine Sanierung.

it was ok if you like the sound of planes this is the place for you. I felt like I was sleeping on the runway

I liked the coffee shop the guy who works there is so sweet and made perfect coffee everyday of my stay

the pool was dirty the gym was old and the door to my room shuttered every time someone opened or closed a door. security were jerks to many of us who spent tons of money on this trip for Dead & Company. i didn’t not like them at all they were rude.

Avoid, find something better and far less costly,

Wendy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The other front desk staff we approached for help were not as friendly or helpful. The room was filthy, you could barely see out the window for dirt. There was a half used toilet roll and no spare roll in the bathroom. We had arranged with the lovely Wendy when checking in to have the hold put on one credit card but to have payment charged on a different card where we had plenty of funds for our travelling. We were told no problem and everything was run through and we signed for the card that was to be charged. However after checking out by a sour faced person who was not Wendy and whom we had approached several times during our stay seeking assistance and who could not have been less helpful or interested, we discovered some days later that the hotel had charged the card we didn’t want charged, causing us a significant issue, and the card that was supposed to have been charged for our stay was cleared. All in all a very expensive one night stay and we will never again be visiting the sonesta

Very dusty room. Filthy windows. No toilet paper. If you want milk for tea or coffee you have to get it yourself from the lobby kiosk. $17 for a bowl of oatmeal at their restaurant.

Gute Lage in LA

Wir haben über über eine Stunde am Checkin angestanden. 3-4 Mitarbeiter konnten die Menge an Gästen nicht einchecken. Es war nicht ersichtlich, warum es so lange gedauert hat.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, el servicio de transporte las 24 hrs muy bien, iba a un evento deportivo y el estadio super cerca además que el dia de partido ofrecieron un servicio de transporte de ida y regreso (con costo extra) pero muy cómodo

If it wasn’t for the terrible shower experience, I would rate this hotel much higher.

The location and shuttle service were great. The food offerings at the lobby cafe were perfect for my needs.

My shower did not have hot water. It was barely lukewarm and the shower I took was very unpleasant. Since I was only going to occupy the room for one night, I did not request maintenance or a room change.

NO ACEPTABLE

La ubicación al aeropuerto

Excesivo ruido en la habitación que no nos permitió descansar, puesto que teníamos el ascensor al lado y se escuchaba el motor del mismo. Muy desagradable. Aparte nos encontramos 2 arañas dentro de la habitación quizás por falta de limpieza. No volveremos, recomiendo busquen otro lugar.

Good. I stayed for 6HRS just to sleep in before my transfer.

Near the airport, with free airport shuttle. Room is clean

Nähe zum Flughafen Fehlendes kingsize Bett wurde durch Frühstücksvoucher kompensiert.

Unser Zimmer war, anders als bei einer Übernachtung ein paar Wochen zuvor, sehr abgerockt. Wartezeit auf Flughafen Shuttle

Average considering the welcome I received from your reception staff member

Location

The lady that checked me in at reception was so blasé so disinterested and so not wanting to answer some questions that I had about facilities. The lack of enthusiasm is not what you need after very long flights and I’m sure you as a hotel would not want that from your staff either.

You have to check every payment carefully when you check in and check out.

Just for Chess tournament in this hotel. Chess rate rooms are very limited. I have to book a room for much higher price. 孩子chess比赛酒店，赛后可以直接休息。

1. There is a plastic water bottle cap under the bed sheet. 2. The doornob of the bathroom is broken. 3. The elevator button doesn't work well usually. But all the above are OK. 4. I have already paid for the resort fee or destination fee via booking.com. But the frontdesk still charged me one more time. When I show them the paiment receipt of the resort fee. They ask me to contact the booking.com, but I still should pay to them first! They said they did not let any APP charge the resort fee. I use the booking.com to book the hotel twice. The front desk double charged me twice. It took a long time to sovle the problem each time. I can not imagine how I could live here for the next chess tournament. It is too terrible.

中规中矩的酒店，晚上听不到飞机的声音，很安静。

前台服务总有点不是很热情。check out的时候没有主动提供收据，当我索要纸质收据时才发现他们重复收了resort fee。当我将booking上的订单给他们看，并指出我已经交过resort fee 的时候，前台就把这项重复收费去除了。想想如果我没有索要收据并看了一眼，我就要被重复收费。另外，他们说收据会Email给我，三周过去了，从没收到过收据Email。下次入住时要多操心啦。按下电梯键，也经常不执行，电梯经过不停下。需要反复按几次。停车一个晚上，只出一次（离开酒店开走)25美金，超过一次50美金。
