Very poor

close to airport. okay breakfast selection and working a/c .

staff wasnt helpful, short and rude and refused to even attempt to help me solve an issue with my booking. i dont expect much in general interactions as im also in the service industry but this guy was harsh and it didnt seem i was the only one. also has taken well over 4 days for them to even start to process my deposit refund. room reeked of cigarettes, tv didnt work, burns in carpet, tub and counter.

Disgusting, will never stay again

It had a bed for emergency stay

Hotel room, no hot water, carpet dirty, big stain on couch, several splashy white stains on side of bed. Nothing but coffee to drink at breakfast, not even a tea bag, staff unhelpful except shuttle driver was very friendly

Awful stay!

Nothing awful stay

We asked for a late check out. The lady at night said 12 was the latest, at 1115 a man knocked on our door rushing us out and stood there watching as we ran around to gather our kids up and get out of there. In the bathroom it sounded as if the pipes were rattling in the wall. Men heard screaming in the lobby early in the morning.

refrigerator was broken people smoking weed next door the microwave smelt burnt and was all burnt up inside it was dodgy, paint peeling off in bathroom the front desk attendant was so nasty with responding

hairs in all “unused” towels; smell and darkness throughout the building; room architectural design with sink outside the bathroom; not coffee maker with bag of coffee in room; no protein breakfast; poor options in breakfast; hot water in faucet extremely hot; glass window damage with horrible patch in room.

Worst hotel I have ever attempted to stay at. Thank god I didn’t stick it out

It was so gross I almost puked walking down the corridor to my room the smell was so bad. Room was slightly better but still stank. Upon putting my bag down I checked the beds as I had read bad reviews. I immediately found a long hair on my bed. I suspect sheets hadn’t been changed. That was enough for me, went straight downstairs and refused to pay to stay somewhere like that. Ubers across town and slept on a work colleagues couch. Can’t reiterate enough how gross this was and I don’t wish anyone to have to ever stay there

Elevator was slower than taking stairs. Seemed like that breakfast amenities was served with great regret. Similar to the way you feel about that 100 deposit

Great staff, clean rooms in decent shape.

The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly.

The room condition was clean but worn down. There were patches of missing paint, bulbs that were burned out, etc.

Could of Been Much Better

the location was convenient

the people the staff the housekeeping.They made it a big deal to get towels for days.The couch was horrible.The beds had stains on the sheets.The key card kept not working

Management: I never received a receipt after the check out. I was not refunded the $100 deposit either.

Glad to check out and leave.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Lobby reeked of marijuana. Sheets and towels did not appear to be clean. Food found under covers of bed.

Hallway was nasty, says no smoking but cigarette butts on the floor and the pull out sofa was disgusting.

Rude staff. No blankets for pull out. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bed was softer than most which is hard to find.

Staff was incredibly rude. Check-in was very cold and unpleasant. She never smiled. I asked for a blanket for the pull out sofa and she gave me only sheets. When I asked for a blanket she said “the basement is closed. I can’t give you blankets”. I asked if there was someone that could give us an actual blanket and she said no. I asked if I could at least have a couple more sheets for layering to stay warm and she said “I can give you one more”. I said a quick “thanks” and headed back down the hall. Quarter way down the hall she yelled “You’re welcome!” in a rude tone like she hadn’t just heard me say thanks. Breakfast was trash “due to COVID”. Seems hotels are using that excuse to not have to serve hot breakfasts anymore. I tried to buy a $2 bowl of Mac n cheese for my son and she said I’d have to swipe my card (I had asked to have it added to my account to be charged at checkout) she’d have to charge me $5 for it. No thanks.
