Hotel rooms have been updated inside; nicely done, very clean, updated throughout, I felt very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The only downside if I had to find one (as a female) the room didn't have a full length mirror. Laundry facilities on site. In room fridge had a freezer compartment, love that. If I'm in Whitecourt again I will definitely return to Cloud 9. I unfortunately didn't get to check out the breakfast due to meetings but rumor has it, it's good. Not a single bad thing to say. Stay here. It's a great independent establishment.

The staff was extremely helpful and the food was excellent. All beyond my expectations.
Nothing.

Location worked for us. Staff was very nice.
The parking lot was pure ice. It was glazed over and very difficult to walk on. This was especially true when carrying luggage to the room. The parking lot was covered with ruts. It APPEARS there was no attempt to make it safer. Also, there needs to be more plugs to charge phones, watches, radios….
