The location was great. Everything we wanted to do was walking distance!
Our room was having a hard time staying cool. And the AC unit was making a weird clicking noise. It wasn’t something that bugged us enough to say anything but being that the hotel is being renovated maybe it’s on their to do list.

Everyone was so friendly. Even though I paid for parking, they informed me there was free parking on weekends on the street and refunded my parking charge.
Perfect location for my daughter and I to walk to MSG for a Harry Styles concert.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The night we were there (Saturday) was very quiet and we got great sleep. I would for sure stay again.
The $250 deposit seems a bit much but I guess it’s common in NYC.

it was in a good location
My $401.62 deposit was collected on August 27 and still had not been refunded as of October 5. The delay has cost me $20 in credit card interest, with more expected in October. I have sent a formal refund request by email and expect the hotel to resolve this promptly. Having to chase the return of my own money has been frustrating.
