Super convenient to everything that we wanted to do and see. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond when we needed assistance.
No refrigerator to keep cold drinks in or desserts from dinner and no microwave.

A hotel in an excellent location.
The staff was excellent and provided good service.
There was no fridge or kettle for hot drinks in the room, and that is quite important.

Was an amazing stay
The only thing missing was a mini fridge; my husbands diabetic so had to out his meds in cups of cold water
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
Location was good, close to Central Park and a 15 min walk into time square
All seemed a bit dated and in need of a refresh
Breakfast was just a grab and go and we had to ask about it even though it was included in the room rate.
Bar was closed on Sunday evening, no facilities for a tea or coffee without leaving the hotel
Rooms were a bit snug for 3 adults
