The property was fine, just needed updating. Never use a tile that has marks on the surface that makes it look shabby!
Also change the towels to one colour and no stains!!!! Also the shade in the bedroom was broken…, also get rid of the black mold around the tub. That can be easily removed by a steam cleaner…
Outside screens should be replaced ! Make the entrance more inviting.

Spacious + and very central
Having to use stairs. We are in our 60s and carrying luggage, etc was a little challenging.
I also couldn't find a hair dryer.

The room is very large and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Good location to get away from very busy area such as Toronto and be able to visit out-of-town attractions like Niagara.
Host sent check-in instruction late and was not reachable at check in time. This was very unpleasant for us. The host is not helpful in general. I asked for several things like soap (1 small bar was given for three people for a week) and coffee (only enough for one morning) and they were never delivered. I asked for additional towels but it took them 2 days to give them to us. Laundry machines require coins (I went cashless during the trip as it was not a problem in any shop or restaurant) so we ended up not being able to use them.

The Apartment was a good size, Beds were comfortable, although one creaked a little like it had loose fixings. TV and internet were good and the dining area was sufficient. I think while it had a few faults it is ultimately good value for money.
The floors needs a good clean we were left with dirty feet after walking around for only a little while. The dishwasher did not work and leaked when we tried to use it. We reported it and the property owner was already aware but just said they knew and we would have just have to wash up using the sink, bit there was nowhere to drain washing up so it was not ideal. We expected a working dishwasher as we are on holiday and expect to have the facilities as listed, at the very least we would appreciate being told it was faulty so we didn't have to clean up the leaked water. The only other thing I would warn people about is this felt like a very deprived suburb of Hamilton we saw numerous homeless people routing through the bins and others stood in the street obviously on some sort of drugs. Although we had no issues it did not feel like the safest place to stay. On the whole while the apartment had most things you needed it felt like maintenance and cleaning was bing done one the cheap and tarnish what was otherwise a really good apartment.

Ajay Sharma is a wonderful host, was always to answer any questions, and the place is very nice and neat.

The apartment was beautiful and had a lot of home comforts. Close to a lot of amenities.
The main street in front was a little busy. I eventually learned to go up the side street in back instead of main Rd.

Amazingly, the beds were very comfortable. No issues with the Wi-Fi. Responsive communications with the property.
Where to start! The pictures for the space were nothing like what we had. There are 6 units in the space and our unit was NOTHING like the photos on Booking.com. It felt like a "bait and switch" situation. The photos on-line and very nice which is why we elected to stay there. The booking information says "All of our suites have the same high standard; they are newly renovated and modern.... Simply not true. Our suite was very close to being a "dive". The area of town is sketchy.
We had to change our stay reducing it by one night. That costs us an additional $10 vs any credit back. Hindsight we should have saved $10 and arrived a day later. We had to reach out to the property and ask for access information to the unit as nothing was sent 24-48 hours in advance.
Upon arrival, our initial reaction was "shock". There was dried pasta in the cupboards and the top of the range hood and fridge were disgusting. I sent an email as I didn't want to be held responsible. To the property manager's credit, he did offer to send the cleaning lady back, but we were unable to make that happen on our end. Hindsight again.
Then we discover:
- electrical or packing tape on the corners of the rug to prevent a tripping hazard
- glass or plastic shelf in the fridge missing
- no complimentary coffee provided
- no dishwasher tablets provided
- not a mixing bowl or container outside of plates, cutlery and pots and pans
- vinyl stools in kitchen peeling
- piles of hair in the corners on the floor in both bedrooms
- long black hairs found between the top of the sheets and the bottom of the comforter
- mold along the bathroom silicone as well as the bottom of the shower curtain
- hair stuck to the bathroom walls
- rusty shelf and shower curtain rod in the bathroom
- mismatched old thin towels with stains
- no bathmat, rather a carpet runner that was SO dirty that I wore my flipflops while in the bathroom

Very clean, comfortable
Some wires that should be covered up in both bedrooms. A wall plate cover is only 1.25 at the dollar tree. Also put fresh cockroach traps down so no one has to see dead roaches in the unit.
Also the tall lamp in the livingroom needs a new lightbulb

The apartment met my needs. I twas very clean. an d reasonably appointed. The sectional sofa is extremely worn and uncomfortable and must be replaced immediately. It ruins the overall appearance of what is otherwise a lovely apartment with beatuful granite counters and kitchen cupboards, flooring and decor. My apartment was 201.

clean, spacious , confortable and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment. We loved it.

It was a well-equipped unit with a full kitchen and a good supply of dishes. It is well located if you are visiting east Hamilton but a bit far from downtown (about a 35 minute walk). The bed was very comfortable.
The heating system was really not very effective. We set the thermostat near the top of the recommended range (73F) but the temperature in the unit never exceeded 70F and was usually a couple of degrees below that. The main bedroom was even cooler. Having said that, there were extra blankets and we really only slept there so it was okay.

The property was central to our visiting family and friends prior to Christmas, who are scattered from Acton to Beamsville, Burlington to Ingersoll and Tillsonburg to Smithville.
The stairs to the second floor apartment took their toll on these seniors knees, Strange upper landing handrail arrangement made going down a tad tricky with our luggage.

The apartment was really great! Everything was up to date, clean, and comfortable. We used a code to enter the apartment, so we never met any host, but it all worked smoothly and without any problems. Before check-in you'll receive a message from the host with any Information you mights need! Really great!
The Main Street area wasn't really charming or attractive. There were a lot of drug addicts in the Main Street, but no one made us feel uncomfortable. The area and streets behind the building were, however, really charming and nice to have a walk in.

We loved the open space and had so much room to move around between 4 people. The kitchen was spacious and the property was clean.
The fire alarm that went off, no clear indication of what the situation was and just had to wait for someone to turn it off.
