Excellent location, short walking distance to the best restaurants and to Michigan ave! Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms! Marvelous view from the room!
Could have buffet breakfast, but breakfast variety is good

The location is great and easy to get to vial rail or uber.
Our room was nice but dusty - nothing moved when staff dusted the room. Also, house keeping didn’t come in until late in the afternoon to make-up beds. We had to go ask for clean towels on day 2

The staff was nice.
The room is too old and small compared to the pictures. Amenities were not complete in the room - has to ask multiple times for basic things.
