Misrepresentation of the hotel entirely!! It looking nothing like photos.

Cute setting, nice and clean bedrooms, good sized heated pool and jacuzzi
We weren’t aware that the front desk was being remodeled. It was pretty awkward to enter the premises with all our luggage through the side entrance and to have to walk all the way back afterwards. The regular breakfast area was not available. Instant we had breakfast in the check in area, with two couches with low coffee tables and about 4-6 sofa chairs with little end tables. Super uncomfortable and we could not sit together with a party of four. Not the standard that we expect from a 3 star hotel. Paper plates only, plastic utensils and lots of small sized plastic packed jam/butter/peanut butter items. Not very sustainable or environmentally friendly.

The room was clean and had enough size. The equipment was a little bit old. The parking lot was also wide. One of the staff at the reception could speak Japanese well.
nothing special.

There is a desk with enough power plug-in, which are very convenient for business trip and meeting.
The facilities are in remodeling, Front desk service is very primitive. There is not enough ice machine, that you have to walk the long way to get it.

The breakfast didn't have many choices, I would have expected more.

This was our second stay here. Just as great as the first. Lovely shaded lounges around the pool. Bright beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Nice jacuzzi. Above average breakfast. Cozy towels.
The only thing was the pool gate slammed loudly each closure. I would hate to be near that door! Thankfully we weren’t.

The pool area. Good coffee for breakfast. Comfy beds. An all around easy stay. .

Location in the heart of Silicon Valley is perfect. Walking distrance from restaurants we love. Easy commute to business meetings. Close to Electric charging stations!
Breakfast choices poor for vegans. Noisy gate bangs every time someone enters (building 2). Room was not cleaned one out of 3 days.

Parking was easy, pool was great, breakfast was adequate but would like more hot vegetarian food like hot baked beans or cooked tomatoes or veggie sausages, room had a fridge, snack bar at reception was useful for hungry kids,

The pool was great! Lovely to have a fridge in the room. Very comfortable beds. We were given a quiet corner room. Snack bar at reception was convenient. Breakfast was simple but good. We will come back!
Perhaps a bigger selection of hot food at breakfast, especially for vegetarians. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

Location is good, and the tropical vibe of the hotel (decoration and amenities, for example). Breakfast is good for the price you pay for the stay, compared to other options.
The acoustic is terrible. I could hear people talking in the other room (even when they were not talking loud) and even the cell phone ringing from someone in another room. When people were walking by and talking normally in the hallway, it sounded like they were talking in your room.

The young man who checked me in was just wonderful. He made sure I knew where everything was and what amenities were available. Truly a very professional and knowledgeable front desk person.
Needs a little updating.

Exceptional value, ideally located by many client premises. Free Parking, good hotel gym, functional breakfast, clean and spacious room. Would like to visit in the summer as the pool looked lovely.
Nothing, it was absolutely fine.

Rooms have to much air flow...under doors, etc...this is a waste of energy

looks like it could use a bit of refresh, but I wouldn’t want that to mean hight prices.

The Room was very comfortable and clean. Nice Bathroom with all the products you need to stay a few nights.
Unfortunately the Breakfast was not a breakfast for us. There are no fresh products even the fruit was not eatable.
Everything is frozen stuff just put out. The Breakfast burritos were just frozen and heated up and not tasty at all.
The only thing that was ok was the coffee.

The Spanish-speaking lady at breakfast was so lovely! I asked for a banana on the first day and she then remembered me afterwards and offered to get me more bananas. She really did seem to be enjoying her job. Most of the staff we met appeared to be happy to working here which is always a good sign. Great to have a breakfast option, walking distance to Golfland for the little ones, Wendy's over the road for food if needed. The heated pool (in winter) was super great to have for my water baby. Just warm enough to swim, and there is a hot hot tub as well. We had the pool to ourselves everyday! Only hotel that provided enough towels for everyone on the reservation too.
Someone knocked on our door to tell us we had been making noise in the night (we hadn't) which was a little disappointing, especially as we had been putting up with the noise from fellow guests without complaining. I don't know what they were trying to achieve with this complaint? Also one of the cleaners got a bit huffy when we weren't ready to leave the room.
