clean room in very convenient location
Reservation made via Booking.com but no reservaiton in Super8. system when I arrived. Billing.com billed my cc when I made the reservation. I paid Super8 when I left. This resulted in double billing for my one night stay. I disputed the charge by Billing.com and have not heard about the results of my dispute. This reservation failiure for Billing.com to confirm my reservation is not a Super8 issue. However, it did sour my experience at the Super8

Location
the reception service lacked warmth and professionalism. Dirty linen had to call twice to change and they got it wrong twice - poor quality of breakfast
