My stay was ok

The room was very nice

The bed was a little too hard for me. I can hear the ice machine all night, making ice.and the wifi access was not working

Very good

Location was fantastic! Only a few minutes walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Location is on a busy street, but was not noticeable unless the windows were left open. Highly recommend!

Glad it was only one night.

Didn't try it

The room smelt bad. Slept with the window and heater on and left the fan on in the bathroom. I even used a towel to clean the border in the bathroom. Very stinky 😝

we found roaches near the fridge area.

I felt gross being in my room, the parking is horrible and the room/hallways smelled musty and moldy.

We felt with it because there was no refunds but we will NOT be returning it was a very disappointing stay for us to be

The only good thing about this property is that it was close to the boardwalk.

Keys to the room didn’t work and had to go back and forth to keep resetting them 4 different times just to get into our room for the first time, room was nasty did not look like it was cleaned, unknown yellow stains on the bathroom walls next to the toilet roll, sink had unknown gunk stuck to the surface, we had a room with a balcony the balcony door was broken it did not lock, mattress was uncomfortable, bed size did not seem like the one I paid for in reservations, shower water was barley warm not even hot, towels had dark stains did not know if it had gotten cleaned or not..

Disappointing

I was disappointed by the reception. I had to explain why I was there for a room.

I work in retail and appearance of individuals and locations makes a big difference. When an individual comes in a warm greet makes a big difference. I was greeted with some one sitting and shirt in button all the way down. He asked questions of me being there.

the rooms were super clean and it just looked super nice on the inside and the location was grate 10/10 will stay agin

the bed did make a wired cluk noise whenever you sat down or layed down on it but that’s about it

The registration was smooth. The hotel's location was great for being in town for the Wharf to wharf annual run.

Expensive hotel with a good location but management not helpful with our delayed checkin.

location was what we needed room was roomy

our check in was delayed 3 hours waiting for the room to be cleaned non-smoking hotel but we could smell residual smoke in room and some one was also smoking on their balcony at night and morning manager was not helpful about our delayed check in but did give a insignificant discount because of their delay.

Property was located close to activities our grandkids wanted to enjoy. Loved the family activities offered at the SC Boardwalk. Movie Night, music, etc. Property was safe & sufficient for our vacation needs.

Decent stay within walking distance to the boardwalk

While the exterior may not look like a whole lot, the rooms are quite good.

Getting in and out of the property is difficult, there’s a major intersection that is very busy for many hours of the day with stop and go traffic for the majority of time.

The location was nice because it was a short walk to the boardwalk

The staff was very rude and unhelpful, the rooms were dirty and there was a man trying to sell us drugs in the parking lot and the staff did nothing about it.

Remodeling the low budget room uncomfortable beds not clean terrible view constant noise painting got all over

Room was very clean. Looked to be newly remodeled. Great location!

Great Location and view as well as short walk to Boardwalk was awesome!

Just a small suggestion. Pillows were very hard. Maybe supply both a soft pillow and hard pillow for those who like soft pillows.
