The view from a water view room was amazing. The grounds and pool area were very calming. Food was delicious. The size of a king deluxe was wonderful. Very spacious.
The only two things that I could see improving was there wasn’t any local information or restaurant information in the room. It is always nice to know what is in an area of a hotel. My only other thing was the bathroom door. It is a sliding white glass barn door. It was lacking in privacy for me.

I liked everything it's just very expensive like I thought atleast bearkfast would be included.. we ate at the restaurant and my bill was 2 and 3 hundred per meal it was just alot
I feel the experience was great I didn't like that I put I would pay at the hotel and my reservation was canceled.. I'm glad they were able to get me a room when I was on the plane but that would have been terrible if I had showed up

The property was beautiful and in a beautiful location.
The only issue I had was that I was charged for a bill at Fuego and I never ate there. I had went to the front desk and they said they needed to do an investigation. I had to call a hundred times to speak to someone. Then when I did get ahold of someone they told me I had to speak to the restaurant manager. Had to call a hundred more times and when i finally did speak with the manager he told me the exact same thing the front desk staff said. They needed to investigate. After about two weeks the refund showed up in my bank account. I was relieved.

The location on this property.
The hotel is dated. The rooms need upgrading. It was very noisy. The hotel was old and dirty.
we were given a room with no view of the garden. Instead, we overlooked a driveway and a dirty area.

I loved the location very easy to get to the carnival port.
I didn't like the room service dinner menu, which was not very good for the price.
Also, we were woken up at 4:30 am to the fire alarm system going off. When asked about it, no explanation was given or compensation. Also, I woke up to completely no hot water

Nice staff
They didn't tell us to prebook the shuttle to the cruise.
