For the rate being increased to $500+ dollars when on a usual weekend it is significantly less, this hotel is not worth the upcharge.

Cost. Toilet was broken and the sink was clogged

The staff did nothing that was asked we needed additional towels and bedding for the pull out and neither came.

Location - right next to the La Crosse Center
Reservation was for a King Suite — we got a King Room and the front desk said they were fully booked and it was Booking.coms error. But my price was not adjusted. LOTS of construction — some doors completely off rooms and rooms ripped up. Corridors/hallways not clean, had a bad smell.
