The bed and the barhroom

The website said there was breakfast but there was none. It may have been the fault if the website

Booked a room with breakfast included, but no breakfast was served at the hotel Lamps were not working, cracks in the sink, bad smell in the room. Tax was charged twice, both in booking fee and later on my credit card

Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable.

Very dated and worn out hotel. Room had no soap, shampoo or tissues. When asked front desk was told there were none of these toiletries in the hotel. Had to find a drug store to buy soap. Next morning went down to breakfast to find out there was none as advertised. No heads up about any of this when checking in and no apologies for the lack of expected amenities.

It was in a safe place of town

Dirty, smelly, no Kleenex because they were out, breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no breakfast (so basically we were cheated), not enough light bulbs because they were out. Carpets were stained. Staff were friendly but didn't have anything to offer. I will not stay in any comfort inn hotels again.

Front desk Staff was rude at times. Asked guests to come down and get stuff for the room. No Breakfast available for 1 day.

No breakfast for breakfast included price. The day one: a couple cereals in the jar, breakfast bars and juice and yogurt. Coffee, whole milk in ref. The day two: NOTHING. the guests were arguing with the front lady about the breakfast. The front lady was extremely rude saying the guest take foods to the rooms and throw away so they don’t want to keep buying any foods. but charged breakfast included price. The day three; two cereals and few breakfast bars in the dark dining area. picture attached. it was very depressing. they put some foods just enough to say they have breakfast. Other items in the room: No tissue box, not enough toilet papers so we had to go down to the front desk to ask to the same rude lady. shower drain was slow and clogged with running water.

Cleanliness was bad. Smoke smell throughout the hotel. Old non working ac and microwaves. Dirty rooms and beds.

Had to replace key 3 times. Facility is run down; table had broken leg, vanity had splinters, towels were thin and scratchy, sockets in bedside lamp didn't work, no breakfast

The staff very courteous and pleasant. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We were locked out. They gave us a new room. The new room smelled weed. We asked them to change it. They did not.
