The location was good for the event that I attended.I enjoyed the free breakfast.
I had to ask them to change my sheets because you could obviously tell they were not changed. There were stains, hair, and a few bugs in my bed. They came and changed my sheets, but it was still hard for me to get comfortable. My last day I saw a hand full of bugs in my room. The hotel is outdated and woukd be so much better if it is renovated.

Initially, it was a nice trip, but I was only there for like one hour before they kick me out. They said my dogs were too big after she told me where to go and let them use the bathroom.

The location
I had a bad odor in my room the entire stay. Tv didn’t work in the first room. Shower was dirty. I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel.

The place was filthy and in disrepair. The room smelled like 10 years of stale smoke plus air freshener to try and cover it up

The location is excellent!
The dead bolt my the door did not work at all. How can you offer hotel rooms where you can’t secure the door? If I wasn’t assured of the safety of the neighborhood, I would have been very uncomfortable staying there. The facility could use some upkeep. This was my second weekend stay here (1/2 a mile from my family) and both times with facility issues. (First time, I could only use the microwave if I unplugged everything else!) Why is there no maintenance on weekend (come on! Hire one guy!). They were packed on the weekend and emptied out on Monday. Maybe a maintenance crew on the weekend and none during the week if they’re trying to save money.
Honestly, is there a maintenance department at this place?

Location was good for this trip....
Bed was comfortable
First...we were not able to sleep due to something slamming the floor...above our heads....over and over all night....strange. Man who cked us in was rude in actions and attitude. The woman who cked us out next morning was very rude, curt...uncooperative. I stood and waited on her to get off the phone for 6 to 8 minutes, I finally said, excuse me can I get an invoice for payment....she said no. I could not get the woman to print me an invoice of the night spent there. I have never...never, at any of the Choice hotels we've stayed in, been treated so rudely. I made these reservations for my husband, myself, and my elderly parents...91 and 92 yrs old. It was a dreadful experience...really.

Room service only every 3 days. if you want room service more often you need to request it. We requested room service but nobody did our room during our whole stay.
Some outlets didn’t work, light didn’t work at first, TV flickered, security lock broken, could not lock room from inside, bathroom hook came off, hair dryer didn’t work, bed wasn’t comfortable.
Says pet friendly but be aware they charge a fee of $50 per night. that’s 50 percent of the room price. Stayed in the best hotels and never was the charge more than $30 a night.
